How long does it take to receive my order?
Most items are made to order. Production usually takes 2–7 business days, then shipping time depends on your location.
Why is my item made to order?
We use a made-to-order model to reduce waste and avoid overproduction. Each piece is created after your order is place. Plus its good for the environment ♻️.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or color changes. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us and we’ll help make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us at Ambrose@IconicAthletix.com with your order number and photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
How do I know what size to order?
Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you’re between sizes or want a more relaxed fit, consider sizing up. Feel free to email us if you have any questions on fit or sizes.
Will the garment feel different after washing?
PLEASE wash before use. Some garments are pre-treated and may soften after the first wash. For best results, wash inside out with cold water and tumble dry low or hang dry.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping availability may vary by product and location. Shipping options will appear at checkout if available.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Since items are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production begins.
